Content and visuals
Some advertising visuals and product renderings on this site may be generated, composed or refined using artificial intelligence tools. These images are illustrative and do not necessarily document a real event. Where synthetic or manipulated content could appear authentic, CARTER states this clearly next to the content.
The binding information about the product is that given in the commercial description and, above all, on the label and packaging as actually sold.
Text and editorial responsibility
AI tools may be used to prepare drafts or assist with editing. Published texts undergo substantial human review before publication. CARTER selects, checks and approves the final content and takes editorial responsibility for it.
Automated interactions
Certain technical features may allow third-party digital assistants to consult the catalogue, availability and public notices. CARTER does not use these features to take solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on people.
If an AI-based conversational assistant aimed directly at customers is activated, it will be clearly identified as such from the first contact, and a human support channel will remain available.
Excluded uses
CARTER does not use emotion recognition, biometric categorisation, social scoring or prohibited manipulation techniques on this site.
